Whispering Vessels

The precious content of each double-layered vessel moves freely inside but cannot be emptied. It is visible from the opening and can be felt as the vessel is moved, producing sounds and creating illusive patterns. The first Whispering vessel was made during a short residency in Turnov, a small town in the bohemian paradise region of Czech republic. It is homed at the Turnov Museum.

The sound captured in this video was created with the five vessels filmed.
